The Lombard Quartirolo is typical, and an optimal one, table cheese: it can be eat like second; in this case it is advised to accompany it with extra olive oil and few pepper. The Lombard Quartirolo conserve optimally, for weeks, in the refrigerator, between 0 and +6 °C, wrapped in aluminum paper or, better, in an humid cloth. In order to exalt of fully sapore and aroma, but, it must be served to normal temperature. The Lombard Quartirolo is also a precious ingredient in the paste preparation, salad and... some cakies. The Lombard Quartirolo is accompanied optimally with apples, grape, walnuts, honey. In a generalized manner, the Lombard Quartirolo is bound together to Lombardic wines, provided that not excessive it ages to you. In some cases it can be accompanied to bites wines or to the sparkling wine.
