Ingredients for 4 persons:
600gr of fresh Lombard Quartirolo, a loaf of bread of 200gr, a bunch of parsley, 10 mint leaves, a clove of garlic, 2 eggs, and olive oil. |

How to prepare it
Cut the Quartirolo in cubes stick them on a wooden skewers. Leave the crust to the loaf and grind it, this method allows to have a smooth cover inside and crunchy outside. Add herbs and garlic to bread. Immerse the skewers in the eggs and then in the grind bread put them in hot oil or butter as you like. They are great both as entrée or second curse.
