Ingredients for 4 persons:
300 gr. of fresh Lombard Quartirolo, 250 gr. of raw fresh tuna, the juice of 1 lemon, olive oil, fresh mint leaves, salt in grain.

How to prepare it
Cut tuna and Quartirolo in sticks of the same size. With a little knife cut in their surface from the upper side to down the cucumbers, cut them and put them on a plate in a crown shape, in its centre lay the fish and Quartirolo sticks. Prepare an olive and lemon seasoning and a little salt in grain and put them on. Do a decoration with mint leaves.
