Ingredients for 4 persons:
200gr of salty cake paste, 100gr of fresh Lombard Quartirolo, 100gr of seasoned Lombard Quartirolo.
The stuff: 1 glass of fresh cream, the reds of 2 eggs, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Salty cake paste: 120gr of white flour, 50gr of smooth butter, the reds of 2 eggs, salt. |

How to prepare it
How to prepare the paste:
Put the flour on the table and in the middle add butter, eggs red, salt. Mix well the ingredients with a little water. At the end of this operation wrap up it in an oily paper and let it for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
How to prepare the stuff:
Beat cream, eggs, salt, pepper and a grind of nutmeg. Lay down the paste in a oven pan of 20cm of diameter put in the middle of it the two varieties of Lombard Quartirolo cut in cubes join the stuff and let it cook in oven for 20-25 minutes at 200° degrees centigrade.
