Ingredients for 4 persons:
400gr of Lombard Quartirolo, 4 slices of well pounded turkey, 1 carrot, 1 marrow, ½ red pepper, salt, pepper.
The sauce: ½ onion, 30gr of butter, one table spoon full of flour, ½ glass of white wine, an envelope of saffron, salt, pepper.

How to prepare it
Lay down the turkey slices, salt and pepper them and put them on some slices of Quartirolo and the vegetables well cut.
Wrap them in an aluminium sheet cook on steam for about 15 minutes. Let it cool and prepare the sauce cooking the onion with butter, flour, white wine and saffron stir well for some minutes. Serve the rolls sliced lay on the sauce.
