Ingredients for 4 persons:
300gr of Lombard Quartirolo, 12 fresh figs, 30gr of butter, 4spoons of honey, 4 spoons of Brandy, 4 nut kernel, half of an orange juice. |

How to prepare it
Wash the figs and cut them in two half. Put them in a pan with the butter for a few minutes and flat them with a spoon. Add honey liquefy with Brandy if dry too much, add orange juice. Then cut the Quartirolo put it in the plates with figs and their sauce. Serve with grind nut kernel.
