2 chicken breasts cut in half, 160 g. of cubed matured Lombard Quartirolo, 40 g. of toasted pine-seeds, 40 g. of sultanas, 1 egg yolk, extra vergine olive oil q.s, salt and pepper q.s. |

How to prepare it
Cut the chicken breasts so as to get wallet shapes; salt and pepper them in the inside. Prepare the stuffing in a small bowl with the cubed matured Lombard Quartirolo, the toasted pine-seeds, the sultanas and the egg yolk; flovour with salt and pepper. Fill the cicken breasts. Cook them on a high flame on both sides for 8 minutes. Serve.
