Ingredients for 4 persons:
400gr of Lombard Quartirolo, 6 dry Lasagne, ½ onion, a clove of garlic, ½ carrot, ½ red pepper, celery, 200gr of tomato sauce, 4 spoons full of olive oil, salt, chilly pepper. |

How to prepare it
Wash the vegetables cut and put them in a pan with olive oil for a few seconds stir well and add tomato sauce and salt and keep cooking for 10 minutes covering the pan, add water if it is necessary. Boil the Lasagne in hot salty water then cool them under cool water and lay them on a cloth. Divide the Lasagne in two parts and put a slice of Quartirolo on them wrap up tightly. Pour the sauce in Pyrex and lay the lasagne on put in oven for 10 minutes serve with chilly pepper powder.
