Ingredients for 4 persons:
400gr of fresh Lombard Quartirolo, 5 eggs, 150gr of biscuits, 100gr of flour, 100gr of sugar, 3 spoons of baking powder, 2 spoons of sugar, 100gr of milk, 3 oranges, 30gr of butter, an envelope of vanilla. |

How to prepare it
Grind the biscuits with sugar and butter lay this sort of pasta on the bottom of the Pyrex of 22cm diameter cook it for 10 minutes at 160° degrees centigrade. Mix the Quartirolo with one egg. In another bowl beat the eggs, the sugar, the flour, the baking powder, the vanilla, the milk and the Quartirolo cream. Stir well; at last add the albumen well mixed. Pour the cream in the Pyrex cook for 25 minutes. Serve with orange slices and jelly.
